  Any custom order or any piece that has been modified upon customer request will be final sell with no excpetion.
  
  

• RETURN POLICY
  New, unworn items can be returned to Joyeria Koras within 15 days of delivery. Please note that because all our personalized items are one-of-a-kind, those returns will incur a 30 percent restocking fee.

• CANCELLATION POLICY
  Once your order has been submitted we are immediately beginning the process of production of your personalized items. If you would like to cancel your purchase, the restocking fee is 30% of the total amount of the item. It may take up to 6 weeks for the refund to return to the account you used to purchase your items.
